1. Participation at Your Own Risk

Participation in the Let’s Roll Camp is entirely at your own risk. The organizers are not liable for any injuries sustained during the camp.

2. Personal Belongings

Let’s Roll Camp is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

3. Binding Registration

Your registration becomes official once we have received your full payment.

 

 

4. Health Conditions

Please inform us in advance of any medical or health conditions that may be relevant to your participation. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

5. Cancellation Policy

We do not offer refunds if you decide to cancel your registration. However, we will gladly assist you in finding a solution.

6. Event Cancellation by Organizer

If Let’s Roll Camp has to cancel the event, your full registration fee will be refunded. We do not cover any additional expenses such as flights or accommodation.

7. Program & Instructor Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to the schedule or to substitute instructors if necessary. Participation of specific instructors is not guaranteed.

8. Photo & Video Use

Photos and videos may be taken during the event. By registering, you agree that Let’s Roll Camp may use this media for promotional and communication purposes. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time in accordance with the GDPR.
